How it works
Three steps between the file your bike wrote and a page that tells you something.

Upload what you already have
A .bin pulled off the bike, a serial-console capture, or a ride you recorded on your phone. No dealer tool and no workshop appointment.

Decoded and deduplicated
Rides, charges and telemetry are pulled out, merged across overlapping files so the same ride is never counted twice, and grouped back into trips. A file that looks truncated is flagged as suspect rather than quietly shown as less data.

What your pack holds now, estimated from your own charges; every ride and charge on one timeline; cost per session, per charger and per kilometre. Deterministic rules run first, then AI on top of them.

Battery Health & SoH
Three capacity figures kept apart: the badge on the pack, what a pack like it gives when new, and what yours gives now, estimated from your own charges. Health is graded against the second and withheld until enough qualifying charges exist to mean anything.
Charging Insights
Full charge curves, and whether one of your chargers habitually stops short while another finishes. With only one charger it stays quiet, because there is nothing to compare against.
Charging Costs
Flat or time-of-use tariffs turned into cost per session, per period, per charger and per kilometre.
Trips & Routes
Rides grouped back into the journey you remember taking, with total climb summed over the legs that recorded altitude. The route comes from a recording you made — the bike has no GPS of its own.
Revocable Share Links
Publish one trip or a whole bike recap at a link anyone can open without an account. Telemetry, faults, raw log lines and charge stops are off until you switch them on, and a live link can only ever be narrowed.
Fleet Dashboard
All your bikes in one view — account-wide stats, costs and battery health, with an AI verdict that is marked stale when new logs arrive rather than standing for ever.
AI Insights
Per-ride and per-trip analysis, a verdict for a window you choose, and a per-bike chat that can quote the official manual for your model. Uploading a log runs one health pass automatically; everything else runs only when you ask.

CSV, a printable PDF, or everything from one upload as a ZIP. Garmin FIT too — positionless, because the bike logs no position. GPX means your own track handed back with the bike's speed, power and temperature written into it.

Your Units
Metric, imperial or UK, chosen once and followed everywhere on screen. Everything is stored metric and converted for display, so switching changes nothing underneath.
Questions
The ones worth answering before you hand a file to anybody.
- Which Zero motorcycles are supported?
- The Z-Force line: the modular FX, FXS and FXE, the S, DS, SR and DSR, and the Gen3 SR/F, SR/S and DSR/X. Supported means we decode what those bikes write, not that every model gives up the same amount — the oldest bikes are the least evidenced, and a Gen3 main bike board logs no current at all, so anything derived from current is absent there rather than zero. Zero’s 2026 light line — the LS1 scooter and the XE and XB — is a different, lower-voltage architecture that does not write MBB or BMS logs, so it is out of scope.
- Do I need a dealer diagnostic tool?
- No. These are the .bin log files your bike already writes and hands over itself — no dealer software, no workshop appointment. A serial-console capture works too, and so does a ride you recorded on your phone, which is the only way a route exists at all: the bike carries no GPS receiver.
- What happens to my log file after I upload it?
- It is stored against your account and parsed into rides, charges and telemetry. Nothing is published unless you publish it, and a published link can afterwards be narrowed but never widened. Two things are worth knowing before you upload: uploading runs one automatic AI health pass, which sends that log to the model provider as it is — we do not strip the VIN out of it — and every other AI feature runs only when you ask for it. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and uploaded logs within 30 days.
- Is it free?
- Yes, and it is staying that way. This is a one-person hobby project, free for everyone whether or not anyone ever donates. Donations towards the running costs are welcome and buy nothing — no tier, no feature, no priority.
- Can I try it without an account?
- Yes. The demo is one click into a read-only account holding two real, anonymised bikes, with writes refused and the AI switched off. The in-browser decoder reads a .bin as plain text in your own tab, with nothing uploaded and nothing for us to store. The range calculator and the model and battery catalogues need no sign-up either.
- Is this made by Zero Motorcycles?
- No. Zero Logs Analyzer is an independent third-party tool built by an owner, not affiliated with or endorsed by Zero Motorcycles, Inc. It is not official support, not a warranty, and not a replacement for professional diagnosis — consult an authorised dealer for official diagnostics, warranty claims or anything safety-related.
