1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zero Logs Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zero Logs Analyzer is a web-based tool that allows Zero Motorcycles owners to:

  • Upload and parse MBB and BMS diagnostic log files
  • Visualize battery health, riding sessions, and charging data
  • Receive AI-powered analysis and insights
  • Track motorcycle performance over time

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Upload log files that you do not have the right to access
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is owned by Zero Logs Analyzer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your uploaded log files and data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim:

  • Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy of diagnostic analysis
  • Any warranty that AI-generated insights are definitive diagnoses
  • Any affiliation with or endorsement by Zero Motorcycles

7. Limitation of Liability

Zero Logs Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on the Service's analysis
  • Damage to your motorcycle or property
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Not Official Zero Motorcycles Support

Important: Zero Logs Analyzer is an independent, third-party service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Zero Motorcycles in any way. For official support, warranty claims, or definitive diagnoses, please contact Zero Motorcycles or an authorized dealer directly.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where the service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
