1. Data Controller
Zero Logs Analyzer acts as the data controller for personal information collected through our Service. We determine the purposes and means of processing your data.

- Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)

3. AI-Powered Analysis (DeepSeek)
Important Disclosure
We use DeepSeek, a third-party AI service, to provide intelligent analysis of your motorcycle diagnostic logs. This section explains exactly what data is shared and how.
3.1 What Data is Sent to DeepSeek
When you request AI analysis, the following data may be sent to DeepSeek's API:
- Aggregated battery metrics (min/max/average values)
- Error codes and their frequencies
- Temperature patterns
- Charging and riding session summaries
- Motorcycle model information (derived from VIN)
3.2 What is NOT Sent
- Your email address or personal information
- Full VIN numbers (only model identification)
- Raw log file contents
- Precise location or timestamp data
3.3 DeepSeek's Data Handling
According to DeepSeek's policies:
- API requests are processed and not stored for training purposes
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- DeepSeek operates under their own privacy policy

6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active
- Log files: Retained until user deletes them or account
- AI analysis results: Cached for 30 days, then refreshed on request
- Usage logs: 90 days for security purposes
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of AI analysis
- Withdraw consent at any time
8. Opting Out of AI Analysis
AI analysis is always opt-in. You can use the Service to parse and visualize your logs without ever triggering AI analysis. Each AI analysis request requires explicit user action (clicking "Analyze" button).
9. Security Measures
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords hashed using bcrypt
- Database access restricted and audited
- Regular security updates and monitoring
